We are looking for a strong entrepreneurial and creative spirit Managing Director, Brand Mergers & Acquisitions who will lead Trafilea’s growth strategy for DTC Aggregator. You will be responsible for collecting information regarding risks and opportunities for ongoing DTC Activities, translate the research, market search and opportunities into fact-based and well reasoned insights on the evaluation and Company Structural impact of the acquisition. 


Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Research, onboard and manage potential brands to speed up our DTC Model and go-to-market strategies for new emerging brands. Sustain a positive and effective relationship based on performance-oriented KPIs to be accomplished.

  • Build the DTC Aggregator strategy, create ambitious goals, and define the roadmap for the potential brands to succeed.

  • Managing DTC Model E2E

  • Develop DTC roadmap Business Plan, Board Material, and Pitch Decks for acquisition targets and lead negotiations with target brands.

  • Networking and developing relationships with target company owners.

  • Work on cross-functional strategic planning & budgeting process for growth initiatives, partnering with Finance, Growth, IT, Operations, and Customer Care teams to develop the DTC Roadmap and align the teams for post-acquisition implementation strategy, processes definitions, and support.

  • Perform business analysis and market analysis and due qualify and score potential DTC Aggregator Brands.


Job requirements

A minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible profit and loss business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Proven experience as a Director or other equivalent managerial position.

Knowledge of the digital market with a background in e-commerce, and a focus in acquisition (core is a must). Background as a consultant is a strong plus.

  • Experience developing strategic business plans and acquisitions

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance

  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Negotiation Skills

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated capability to provide depth technical leadership to agile teams.

  • Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects
