We’re looking for a Merchandising Assistant to provide great support to the Merchandising Team, taking ownership of key reporting tasks and ensuring that the inventory is being properly managed (i.e. all SKUs with inventory are turned on in the store, Manual Sorting updates, inventory reception in the warehouse).

Own the database maintenance for all SKUs ensuring that they have all the information required from the 3PLs, Finance, Supply Chain, and any other team from the Company.

Ensure an effective management of our inventory replenishments from the creation of the Purchase Orders, shipments tracking, on-time inventory reception and accurate payments to vendors.

Job requirements


  • Highschool diploma.

  • Must have 1-2 years of purchasing assistant experience, supporting multiple team members. Experience in high volume, multiple categories, and large SKU count area.

  • Knowledge/understanding of basic supply chain and purchasing concepts and practices.

  • High energy, flexible, resilient, and positive.

  • Detail-oriented.


  • Good computer software knowledge.
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Excel medium level is required: Pivot tables, vlookup, basic formulas.

    • Gmail, Google docs.

  • High level of attention to detail to support accurate reporting, data gathering, and work.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
