Now, we’re looking for a full-time SEASONAL EMAIL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join the journey!


Your Day-to-Day will look something like:


  • Answer assigned emails starting with the oldest ticket in queue
  • Follow process and procedures as discussed in training and as seen in our resources
  • Escalate refund requests and concerns that requires immediate attention to SME or Team Supervisor
  • Address customer issues and provide feedback for customer insights
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
  • Must be present at work 95% to 100% daily.
  • Must be adept in utilizing the tools for better understanding and resolution to customer issues.


Requirements (must haves)


  • At least 1 year experience as an  Email Support Representative
  • At least 2 years experience in BPO industry as Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent reading comprehension

  • Candidate must be residing in Mexico (Speaks English and Spanish Fluently) or Philippines (within Metro Manila or nearby provinces such as Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal Bulacan and Pampanga).
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Laptop/desktop specification should have at least 4GB RAM. 
    • OS must be at least Windows 7.  
    • Internet speed should be at least 3MBPS. 
    • Ready back up internet connection. 
    • Quiet work area to perform the job.
