What a typical day will look like?
You will be working for a highly dynamic and fast-paced company that embraces agile technologies.
You can work from anywhere.
you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones.
You will define the TA strategy, expected outcomes to run an exceptional attraction plan for the marketing area.
You will be recruiting and selecting senior talents from ecommerce companies worldwide for Digital Marketing companies.
You will be collaborating across the business to develop a consistently strong candidate experience that represents our corporate values.
You will be proactively building a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
You will lead some impacting initiatives and projects (Employer branding, Candidate experience, diversity & Inclusion.
You will have daily and weekly meetings with your team where you will be discussing updates, sharing learnings, and brainstorming on process improvements.
You will be creating and sharing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to send status updates.
Requirements & Core Responsibilities
At least 6 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience within fast-paced and dynamic companies from marketing or Ecommerce companies, 4+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken (This is a mandatory requirement).
Highly analytical and results-driven.
A proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions, set objectives and drive change management
Workforce planning experience
Experience scaling a team through tremendous growth periods.
Experience partnering with global internal clients.
Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
Build engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems.
Proficient with social media platforms
Remove operational roadblocks and identify and promote strategies and behaviors that bring us the highest quality candidates.
Design and implement a system of metrics and analytics to guide shared understanding and continuous improvement around talent pipelines, funnel, and hiring KPI’s Develop and refine a scalable capacity planning model covering sources.
