We are looking for a Tech Lead FrontEnd Talent with a proven ability to apply technical operational knowledge and skill to a range of unique business problems. Able to put in practice good coding standards and promote them within the team. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.

Requires broad perspective and ability to find new, less obvious solutions to problems. Requires highly specialized skills and knowledge to assist others in solving complex problems. Work regularly requires assertiveness and data analysis for decision making.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

Evolve the current stores solutions (Shopify)

• Help the team design the best solutions to tackle each use case

• Propose improved ways of solving our current scenarios

• Create tools to improve developers QoL

• Monitor Store business KPIs (add to cart rate, funnel step exits) and alert early of deviations

• Monitor Store technical KPIs (error rate, JS errors, lighthouse score)

• Keep track of team execution (timely deliver, capacity)

• Lead team agile ceremonies

• Own frontend KPIs (lighthouse score, quality metrics, tech debt).

• Implement scalable software solutions.

• Technologically lead the process of designing and implementing system's modules.

• Keep the team and stakeholders updated regarding the progress of technical initiatives.

• Contribute with ideas, new solutions or improvements to the current technology systems.

• Document the technical solutions with diagrams and the necessary documents for easy understanding by other company areas.

• Learn and keep updated the technologies we are using in the company.

• Comply and protect the defined standards of coding.

• Liquid and Shopify themes proficiency

• Excellent abilities in barebones JavaScript, HTML and CSS

• Experience with CSS post-processors

• Experience leading teams of developers

• Node.js knowledge

• Shogun platform knowledge

• ReactJS knowledge
