At Trafilea, we’re scaling purpose-driven brands that reach millions. As our Account Manager (Wholesale), you’ll play a key role in expanding our retail footprint across North America and beyond. From Walmart to new international markets, you’ll lead the charge in growing our presence, forging strong retailer relationships, and driving multi-million-dollar sales growth.
This is not just account management. It’s brand expansion at scale. You’ll partner with world-class teams in planning, marketing, and operations to ensure flawless execution and continuous business growth.
🌍 What You’ll Do
Own and Grow Accounts: Manage and expand relationships with major retailers like Walmart, Belk, and Kohl’s, while spearheading new international retail opportunities.
Drive Sales Impact: Execute strategies that scale revenue and profitability across multiple channels—online and in-store.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Planning, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless fulfillment, promotions, and sell-through optimization.
Analyze and Act: Monitor sales trends, performance KPIs, and margin reports to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions.
Lead Projects: Support key initiatives, from new brand launches to global expansion pilots, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.

Job requirements
4+ years of experience managing wholesale or retail accounts in the apparel or consumer goods industry.
Proven success in scaling major retail partnerships (e.g., Walmart, Kohl’s, QVC, Belk).
Strong analytical mindset—you understand how to turn data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you know how to influence senior buyers and stakeholders.
Highly accountable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Comfortable working with Asana, Slack, and reporting tools; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets.
A curious, growth-driven mindset—you’re motivated to go beyond what’s expected.
