We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager - China. Join us on a mission to redefine how global apparel production operates — blending process discipline, AI integration, and real accountability across regions. Drive execution excellence and transformation across production, quality, and product development by embedding AI-powered systems, SOP governance, and vendor capability frameworks.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Key Outcomes:
✅ Execute full yarn nomination projects with >80% on-time production in <45 days.
✅ Co-own TP Pass-Off implementation across QVC, DTC, and other programs.
✅ Build and maintain an audit-ready SOP dashboard integrated with Asana/Jira.
✅ Develop a Vendor Capability Matrix to match factory strengths with product complexity.
✅ Create an AI Utilization Index per function (PD, Production, QC).
✅ Lead quarterly SOP renewals and institutionalize process governance.
✅ Evaluate factories’ readiness for AI-powered workflows and digital sample validation.Accountabilities
✅ Leadership & Coaching: Mentor China and global teams, ensure clear goals and high performance.
✅ Process Discipline: Enforce SOPs, TOF rituals, and structured communication.
✅ Transformation Execution: Drive AI, automation, and performance scorecard adoption.
✅ Cross-Regional Collaboration: Connect China, LATAM, and US teams for seamless execution.
✅ Vendor Strategy: Optimize the factory base, ensuring reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance.
✅ Reporting & Governance: Deliver AI-enhanced compliance reports and lead quarterly reviews.
Experience/ Qualifications
7–10+ years in apparel production or operations
Proven experience managing PD, QC, and sourcing functions
Strong project/change management and reporting skills
Familiar with Asana, Slack, and workflow automation tools
Exposure to AI tools and digital transformation initiatives
Cultural fluency across East and West
Nice to Have:
Startup or eCommerce experience
Mandarin (basic) or experience leading Chinese teams
