We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to define strategic direction and oversee execution for high-impact ad campaigns. You’ll develop forward-thinking creative strategies, partner across creative and acquisition teams, and deliver content designed to drive direct-response performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Ideate and script video concepts and angles aligned to specific products and audiences.
Lead angle planning sessions with copywriters and teams.
Analyze top-performing acquisition products to inform creative messaging and structure.
Collaborate with creative and acquisition teams to align ad deliverables by channel.
Innovate and iterate on video angles to scale what works and eliminate what doesn’t.
Ensure ads’ visuals, copy, and structure deliver cohesive direct-response outcomes.
Meet launch deadlines for new angles, creatives, and productions.

Job requirements
+4 years crafting and managing digital/e‑commerce creative campaigns with a proven performance focus.
Strategic thinker with strong storytelling instincts and attention to psychology and advertising.
Curious and informed about evolving platforms, technologies, and best-in-class creative trends.
Excellent planner, organizer, and communicator able to coordinate across teams and manage timelines.
