  • Lead incident management and improve system reliability

  • Define DevOps/DataOps standards across teams

  • Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a Lead or Senior role

  • Proven track record designing and scaling AWS infrastructure in high-traffic, production environments

  • Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) in complex, multi-environment setups

  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise the bar of DevOps/DataOps practices across teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with modern data stack (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake)

  • Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies

  • Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or AI-assisted development tools
