We are looking for a QA/QC Manager who is passionate about Underwear, Seamless, Apparel & Fashion. A quality leader who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to uphold excellence in fast-paced, high-volume production.
Ensuring that every order placed by the Trafilea purchasing team meets the Quality Standards set forth. Cross-functionally manages between the Production Team/ Procurement/ Production, never losing sight of the Ex-Factory date. Continuing to improve our standards and speed to market strategies. Ensuring customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence in seamless garment production.

Job requirements

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Own the quality control lifecycle — from tech pack accuracy and compression testing to AQL inspections, packaging review, and vendor ratings.

  • Lead quality assurance for both apparel and beauty product lines, with a hands-on approach in factories across China and Vietnam

  • Build and maintain quality systems, develop testing protocols, and drive continuous improvement projects

  • Act as the quality voice in product launches, collaborating cross-functionally with PD, Sourcing, and Ops

  • Report directly to HQ on failed inspections and lead corrective action plans

  • Oversee all third-party testing, yarn checks, social compliance, packaging validation, and more

Experience/ Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing (garments or intimate apparel preferred)

  • 2–3 years in management or process leadership

  • Fluent in Chinese and advanced English (spoken and written)

  • Sharp attention to detail with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent communication and a proactive, responsible mindset

  • Comfortable working full-time in U.S. time zone-compatible hours.
