We’re looking for an creative and result-oriented
Growth Marketer that will be focus on CRO & Ad Networks  to to build, scale, and optimize high-performing performance marketing campaigns across channels like AppLovin, Unity Ads, Taboola, and other non-social acquisition platforms. While familiarity with Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest is a plus, your core strength should lie in mastering non-traditional, scalable paid traffic channels.

Job requirements

Expected outcomes & responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Ownership & Scaling
Lead and scale multi-million-dollar campaigns across ad networks and native platforms, managing budget pacing, bid strategies, and funnel flows for maximum ROI.

2. Performance Experimentation
Design and execute controlled experiments to test audiences, placements, bidding logic, prelanders, and offers, applying rapid optimizations based on data.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Plan, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across product pages, checkout, and upsell flows, optimizing for profit per visitor while balancing ROAS, AOV, and margins.

4. Data-Driven Creative Strategy
Translate performance data and consumer psychology insights into high-converting hooks, angles, and structured creative iterations across all ad formats.

5. Creative Fatigue Management
Proactively monitor creative performance to detect early signs of fatigue and implement timely, tested replacements to sustain growth velocity.

6. Strategic Analysis & Insights
Leverage BI tools, dashboards, and advanced spreadsheet analysis to deliver actionable insights, forecast trends, and inform strategic decision-making.

7. Market & Competitor Benchmarking
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies to generate hypotheses and refine paid media, CRO, and creative approaches.

8. Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and product teams to align messaging, testing frameworks, and performance goals, ensuring short-term wins align with long-term brand growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing performance campaigns and developing marketing strategies

  • Deep understanding of CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and statistical interpretation

  • Highly analytical and fluent in Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools

  • Strong grasp of conversion psychology, pricing dynamics, and consumer behavior

  • Ability to communicate test results, hypotheses, and strategic actions clearly

  • Passion for data, experimentation, and decision-making under uncertainty

  • Growth mindset: comfortable failing fast, learning faster

  • Background in engineering, data science, or economics

  • Experience ad networks, native ads, or programmatic environments is a plus
