Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for a data process oriented and innovative Wholesale Marketing Manager for Shapermint Essentials and Truekind by Shapermint, to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive wholesale marketing strategies. Your strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and cultivating strong relationships with key retail chains.
You will be responsible for devising and implementing robust wholesale marketing strategies that reinforce brand image and align with the business objectives of Shapermint and Truekind.
Ensuring consistent brand positioning across all retail channels, including social media, in-store displays, and communication efforts, will be essential to maintaining a unified brand message.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking to guide data-driven decisions and tailor brand messaging to target personas. 
- Define and lead the brand voice, developing and communicating a long-term strategic marketing plan that drives growth and positioning. 
- Design and execute marketing plans across paid and organic channels, continuously optimizing performance and ROI. 
- Collaborate with digital product and UX teams to ensure brand positioning is consistently communicated on the website and across digital touchpoints. 
- Develop high-conversion in-store retail experiences, working closely with product managers and designers to align with brand identity. 
- Oversee product communication and launch strategies for retail partner sites and physical stores, ensuring accurate line sheets and merchandising documents. 
- Plan and manage 360° integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating across growth marketing, product, and customer care teams. 
- Build and execute wholesale strategies, identifying opportunities with niche businesses and major department stores (e.g., Nordstrom, Macy’s, Belk). 
- Lead trade marketing and wholesale initiatives, developing timelines, pricing strategies, and promotional plans for launches and seasonal campaigns. 
- Ensure cross-channel consistency in brand positioning, integrating retail, wholesale, and digital efforts to maximize impact and customer engagement. 
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in retail in-store channel-related roles, wholesale or B2B environments, ideally in fast-paced organizations. 
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape, including wholesale and chain store environments. Experience in intimate apparel or fashion companies is highly valued. 
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects end-to-end, with solid project management skills and the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software and familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and online advertising. 
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to rapidly interpret data to evaluate marketing performance, identify trends, and make fast, data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies. 
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong and assertive personality capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders. 
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions to reach wholesalers and drive sales. 
- Proven experience working in dynamic environments, with a high level of resilience and capacity to work under pressure and deliver quickly without compromising quality.
