About Trafilea

Trafilea is a dynamic and innovative Tech E-commerce Group that operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands in the intimate apparel and beauty sectors, with a focus on using data-driven strategies to scale their businesses. In addition to our products, we have our own online community dedicated to promoting body positivity. As a rapidly growing global player, Trafilea is committed to creating high-quality products and services that enhance the customer experience and drive long-term growth.

Marketing@Trafilea: Work across multiple brands, leverage data-driven strategies, and drive rapid growth in a dynamic remote work environment. We have 3 business lines with brands based on digital marketing & growth strategies.

The mission of the Growth Marketing Manager – Acquisition is to accelerate Trafilea’s customer acquisition strategies through cutting-edge paid media, AI-powered marketing, and creative experimentation. This role leads the acquisition funnel end-to-end, balancing scale with efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and ensuring Trafilea stays ahead of fast-evolving digital marketing trends. Beyond execution, the role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, strong creative instincts, and leadership of cross-functional teams to shape the future of our brands.

Key responsabilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership & Performance Growth

    • Architect best-in-class acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.

    • Manage high-budget, multi-channel media investments, balancing efficiency and scale.

    • Build rapid experimentation frameworks to test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns.

  2. Creative Strategy & Funnel Optimization

    • Partner with Creative Strategy leads to co-develop high-performing campaigns.

    • Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.

    • Translate customer pain points and motivations into data-driven messaging strategies.

  3. AI-Driven Marketing & Data-Led Decision Making

    • Implement AI-powered tools for media automation, bidding, and predictive analytics.

    • Work with BI teams to develop real-time dashboards and ensure data accuracy in decision-making.

    • Continuously stay updated on AI developments, platform changes, and industry trends.

  4. Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Lead and mentor growth marketers, creative strategists, designers, and editors.

    • Ensure cross-team alignment (creative, BI, product, engineering) to execute acquisition strategies seamlessly.

    • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.

      Why Trafilea

We’re a tech-led eCommerce group scaling our own globally loved DTC brands, while helping ambitious talent grow just as fast.

🚀 We build and scale our own brands.

🌍 100% Remote, USD competitive salary, paid time off, and more.
