Now, we're looking for a world-class Growth Director to lead the acquisition strategy for our Beauty vertical, with full funnel ownership across paid media, CRO, data, creative, and funnel monetization.
This role will lead the growth of our skincare brands Revel Beauty and The Spa Dr., and own the P&L of multi-million dollar acquisition engines — with a goal of scaling RevelBeauty.com to $15M+ revenue and 5%+ EBITDA margin in Year 1.
Job requirements
🔥 What you'll be responsible for:
Own growth P&L and drive YoY growth and profit for our Beauty brands.
Build and lead the full acquisition ecosystem: paid media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), landing pages, creative, funnel testing, and upselling.
Manage $1M+/month in ad spend and implement diversification strategies across multiple platforms.
Lead cross-functional squads of media buyers, copywriters, video editors, creative strategists, CRO analysts, and data engineers to scale acquisition sustainably.
Continuously optimize performance through structured testing, conversion rate improvements, funnel monetization (upsells, downsells), and creative iteration.
Be the go-to person for acquisition opportunities, blockers, roadmap and reporting. You’re not just executing – you’re designing the system.
🧠 Who we're looking for:
Proven Growth Leader with 7+ years in performance marketing, and at least 3 years owning full-funnel strategy in eCommerce, DTC or high-growth startup environments.
Experience scaling beauty or wellness brands with creative and funnel velocity.
Obsession with data-driven decision making, testing, and finding the 20/80.
Strong experience across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Pinterest – and using analytics and attribution tools to guide scaling.
Strong creative judgment and experience leading creative production for performance.
Hands-on with CRO strategies, landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel monetization via upsells and product bundles.
High business acumen and strong ability to own the P&L and make strategic decisions to balance revenue and profit.
