Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You’ll lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets.
Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals.
Optimize the entire funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value and profitability.
Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency.
Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‑weekly using a 20/80 framework.
Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software.
Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‑you page.
Job requirements
+5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies—particularly in e‑commerce or consumer products.
Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad spend across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions.
Strong collaboration and communication with creative, engineering, and marketing teams.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows and thank‑you pages.
