We’re looking for an data driven and result-oriented Growth Marketing Retention Lead who will establish the returning customer journey from end to end, focusing on retention opportunities to tackle communication through our proprietary channels (E-mail, SMS, Push Notification) as well as our loyalty program. The main goal is to increase loyalty levels using data and learnings, as well as positively impacting the LTV, Repurchase Rates, NPS, frequency while driving down unsubscribe rates. You will work closely with the Data Science, Creative and the Retention teams in order to deliver and prioritize Tests, Campaigns and automated flows.


Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Have met the Retention goals with the team.

  • Has set the strategy of lifecycle calendar and implemented targeted flows with more than 80% of profitable ones.

  • Has created the flows and documented them with the creative teams in order to reduce production of new communication for 2 business days.

  • Has reached every customer on the database with at least one targeted campaign, generating measurable impact.

  • Has helped bringing the Monthly Unsubscribe rate to below 0.8% of unique customers reached through flows and campaigns.

  • Tracks the main Retention KPI´s through all channels (RR, Gross Revenue/Margin, Customer base, CTR, CVR, EPD, Unsubs. Rate).

  • Owns the channels (SMS & Push) strategy, from list growth to performance.

  • Define and establish experiments to impact user retention, engagement and improve performance in the retention channels.

Job requirements

  • 5 + years of solid experience at CRM and Retention departments. knowledge of customer segments and direct marketing channels

  • bachelor in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related fields

  • Experience being squad or multidisciplinary teams leader

  • Effective english oral and written communication skills.

  • Be an open-minded and empathetic person, who is passionate and committed to people’s development. Being an active listener is a must.

  • Unwavering attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Have availability and flexibility to work with excellent time management skills.

  • Effective organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and a proactive approach.

  • Have strong interpersonal skills, interact well with others, and effectively communicate to others when conflicts occur.

  • Demonstrate commitment to team objectives and Trafilea’s Core Values.

  • Advanced oral & written English is a must. Knowledge in other languages such as Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Portuguese or German will be highly valued.

  • Knowledge in data science and SQL is a plus
