Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and dynamic Growth Product Manager to develop and lead strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue, profit, and YoY growth. You will take ownership of growth initiatives across multiple brands, managing and executing strategies from platform setup to the final customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major media platforms like Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
Lead media buying efforts across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube with monthly budgets exceeding $1,000,000.
Develop and refine the media buying setup, optimizing campaign structures and creative strategies for long-term sustainability.
Own the creative strategy for each product, targeting the right audience on each platform while maintaining brand consistency.
Identify and prioritize key improvements (20/80 rule) to optimize conversion rates and drive continuous growth.
Manage and improve the upselling funnel using proprietary one-click upsell software, maximizing revenue per customer.
Ensure a seamless user experience across the entire product funnel, from the media platform messaging to the final thank you page.
Job requirements
At least 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and strategize based on data insights.
Proven experience managing large media budgets, exceeding $1M/month on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and marketing teams.
A strategic thinker with the ability to identify key opportunities to drive growth and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Experience managing customer acquisition, upselling, and maximizing profit per visitor.
Solid understanding of media buying setup, campaign structures, and creative strategies to ensure consistent, long-term growth.
