We are looking for an Inbound and Returns Analyst to be the area’s analytical reference, in order to provide visibility about the performance of our 3PLs. Revolutionize inbound and returns logistics processes, leveraging technology, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost savings and operational excellence in our 3PL operations.

Job requirements

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Be the area’s analytical reference, in order to provide visibility about the performance of our 3PLs
  • Controlling 3PLs and internal performance on Inbound and Returns Processes
  • Understand in-depth our end-to-end operations in order to develop new reports and KPIs that help us drive continuous improvements
  • Manage different projects together with internal and external teams.
  • Inbound Management
    • 3PL Control, Reporting and Touchbase
    • Manage Marketplace Inbounds
    • Analyze, report, and help solve Inbound issues
    • Contribute to developing standard procedures to request credits/penalties to vendors.
  • Returns Management
    • Controls the Returns Management Authorization

Experience/ Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics operation 
  • At least 1 year of experience handling reverse logistics
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and understanding the main processes in a logistics warehouse.
  • Excel proficient - data analysis (Advanced level)
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI 
  • Strong grasp of English language, including spoken and written
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIs
  • A responsible team player who works well with others
  • Able to make good decisions independently
