Mission

Understand all the IT processes of the company, and work with the IT teams to define and implement opportunities of improvement to execute tasks most efficiently. These changes should be supported by quantifiable metrics that can show improvement and progress.
The IT Process Manager will be assigned to the IT department to become the point of reference for the business processes and methodologies and collaborate with the process analysts & leadership team to make sure that cross-functional collaboration is achieved and touchpoints are done smoothly.

Job requirements

General Accountabilities

  • Assist in change management efforts related to the adoption of new processes and methodologies. Address challenges and resistance from teams during the transition process, providing support and guidance.

  • Lead and guide IT Process Analysts in engaging with business units, recommending scalable solutions, and understanding challenges.

  • Establish process control points and metrics for measuring effectiveness and KPIs.

  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation and support change management efforts.

  • Address resistance during transitions, foster knowledge sharing, and facilitate collaboration.

  • Drive communication among stakeholders in the IT Transformation program.

  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities within Product & Development teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and monitor impact.

  • Design standardized processes for prioritization, development, backlog, and releases.

  • Promote agile practices and research new technological tools for enhancements.

  • Drive IT deliverable velocity through process enhancements.

Role-related Competencies & Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communications skills.

  • Experience in an eCommerce environment is nice to have.

  • +3 years of experience leading process cycle improvements in engineering teams working in multiple projects simultaneously in different time zones is a must.

  • Proven track record of successfully orchestrating end-to-end software development lifecycles, spanning requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and release management.

  • Extensive familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD) practices.

  • Strong experience analyzing and improving cross functional business processes.

  • Proactivity in taking ownership of projects and issues

  • Capability to manage several projects, areas and stakeholders

  • Experience creating process flows and documentation

  • Experience defining KPIs and Dashboards

  • Fast paced execution and delivery

  • Knowledge on Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, Project Management, Design thinking and Digital transformation desired

  • Knowledge with ITIL is a must.
