We are looking for an Outbound Analyst to join our Operations team and help us drive excellence across our international 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations. As an Outbound Analyst, you'll take ownership of critical logistics KPIs, collaborate with internal and external partners, and leverage data to streamline processes. You’ll play a key role in transforming how we manage fulfillment and outbound logistics across global warehouses.

Your Mission
Empowered by data and driven by operational excellence, your mission will be to:
Revolutionize outbound and fulfillment logistics processes.
Support strategic decisions through data analysis and process improvement.
Ensure smooth coordination with international 3PL partners (Canada, China, UK, AU, SA, MX).
Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Track and analyze 3PL performance across multiple global sites.
Develop and maintain daily reports, dashboards, and insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and 3PLs to resolve operational issues.
Monitor fulfillment timelines and ensure orders are shipped on time.
Take ownership of credit/penalty processes and root-cause analyses.
Manage International Transfer Orders and B2B outbound flows.
Experience/ Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Intermediate English (written and verbal)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, databases)
Experience using Google Docs and Sheets
Additional Skills: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, MS Access, Lucidchart
