Job Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to drive Trafilea's performance and talent development programs, ensuring managers have the tools, insights, and support to build high-performing teams. You'll own key initiatives such as Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), career pathing, promotions, and succession planning while continuously improving our talent processes.
Own and execute the Performance Review cycle from planning to completion.
Manage Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Promotion processes.
Track talent metrics and deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
Partner with leaders and HRBPs to drive talent development and process adoption.
Maintain career frameworks, job leveling, and competency documentation.
Create and facilitate training, workshops, and learning materials for managers and employees.
Identify and implement process improvements using data, AI, and automation tools.
Ensure talent programs are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals.
Job requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HRBP roles.
Experience managing Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Career Development programs.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard reporting experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with leaders and teams.
Advanced English, both written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using HRIS, Talent Management, or LMS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Small Improvements, or similar).
Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, n8n, or similar) to improve efficiency and reporting.
