Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, photo editing is not post-production—it’s performance.

You’ll operate inside a system producing high-volume imagery across global campaigns, product launches, and digital channels, where speed, precision, and consistency directly impact results.

This is where visual quality meets scale, AI, and execution excellence.

  • Retouch and refine high volumes of images with speed and precision

  • Ensure color accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across large batches

  • Perform advanced compositing, masking, and texture correction

  • Select high-performing images aligned with brand and campaign goals

  • Use AI tools to accelerate editing, masking, background replacement, and automation

  • Deliver production-ready assets for web, email, social, and campaigns

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and creative teams

  • Continuously improve workflows through AI and automation

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in photo retouching (fashion, beauty, or product)

  • Strong expertise in compositing, color correction, and advanced masking

  • High proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and related tools

  • Experience working with high-volume production workflows

  • Comfortable using AI tools for retouching, automation, and image generation

  • Strong eye for detail, texture, lighting, and visual consistency

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Fluent in English
