As a Product Development Coordinator, you will support the full development lifecycle by ensuring organized, timely, and accurate execution across both Product Development and Technical Design.
This hybrid role strengthens communication with factories and cross-functional teams, maintains tech pack accuracy, tracks WIPs and T&As, manages sample flow, and provides technical support during fittings and garment evaluations. This role requires strong WIP tracking skills, ensuring accurate, real-time visibility of style status, risks, and sample progression to support effective decision-making across PD and TD.
Accountabilities
Track development stages across styles, ensuring timely updates from proto → PP.
Maintain WIP, T&A, BOM, and cost sheets with high accuracy.
Manage sample intake, tracking, labeling, and documentation.
Support PD with material libraries, color approvals, trims, and fabrics.
Job requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Development, Technical Design, Fashion Production, Merchandising, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of garment construction basics and fit evaluation processes.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills (high accuracy required).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, styles, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (internal + factory partners).
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Slack, and task management tools.
Ability to identify risks, missing information, or timeline gaps and escalate proactively.
A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
