Job description
About Trafilea
Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform for Transformative Brand Growth. We’re building the AI Growth Engine that powers the next generation of consumer brands.
With over $1B+ in cumulative revenue, 12M+ customers, and 500+ talents across 19 countries, we combine technology, growth marketing, and operational excellence to scale purpose-driven, digitally native brands.
We own and operate our own digitally native brands (not an agency), with presence in Walmart, Nordstrom, and Amazon, and a strong global D2C footprint.
Why Trafilea
We’re a tech-led eCommerce group scaling our own globally loved DTC brands, while helping ambitious talent grow just as fast.
🚀 We build and scale our own brands.
🦾 We invest in AI and automation like few others in eCom.
📈 We test fast, grow fast, and help you do the same.
🤝 Be part of a dynamic, diverse, and talented global team.
🌍 100% Remote, USD competitive salary, paid time off, and more.
Job Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end CRO process: problem identification → hypothesis → prioritization → execution → analysis.
Detect conversion leaks across the full funnel (landing pages, PDPs, checkout, quizzes, pricing, messaging).
Build data-grounded hypotheses (quant + qualitative), prioritized by business impact, not ease of implementation.
Be the CRO reference point across Growth, Acquisition, Product, Creative, and Data — leading discussions without owning all execution.
Partner cross-functionally: align with Acquisition/Creative on messaging, and with Product/CRO execution to turn hypotheses into tests.
Uphold testing rigor: clean setups, correct KPIs, proper segmentation, reliable conclusions, and a high-quality (not high-volume) backlog.
Standardize documentation: hypothesis, expected outcome, learnings, next actions — and push back on low-impact tests.
Drive data-informed decisions, connecting CRO learnings to revenue, acquisition efficiency, and retention, even with incomplete data.
Evangelize CRO culture, raising experimentation maturity across teams and fostering fast learning and ownership.
Job requirements
4–6+ years in CRO, experimentation, growth, or performance-driven roles.
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced eCommerce or DTC businesses.
Proven ability to diagnose funnel problems and define strong, data-grounded hypotheses.
Proven ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Comfortable working beyond pure CRO tools — funnels, acquisition context, and creative logic.
