The mission of the Sr. Legal Manager is to develop and oversee a global legal infrastructure that enables scalability, compliance, and risk management across the organization. This role ensures legal processes are optimized, negotiations are handled effectively, and stakeholders receive timely, actionable insights. By balancing compliance, business agility, and strategic support, the Sr. Legal Manager safeguards the company’s future while enabling sustainable growth.
Key responsabilities:
Legal Leadership: Manage global legal requirements across corporate, commercial, competition law, compliance, tax, and more.
Strategic Partnership: Advise senior management, board members, and investors on critical legal matters.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate software, logistics, fulfillment, and retail/e-commerce service agreements.
Process Optimization: Create and refine internal policies, procurement processes, and onboarding workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and analyze legal/financial risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance.
Project Management: Develop tools (dashboards, arrays, project trackers) to support legal reporting and transparency.
Vendor & Contract Oversight: Ensure proactive renewal and termination of contracts to prevent business disruptions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, IT, Accounting, Treasury, and PMO to align legal frameworks with business priorities.
Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor legal KPIs/SLAs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job requirements
Experience: 7+ years in international, commercial, and software regulations (law firm or in-house), ideally with retail/e-commerce exposure.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Project management and process design expertise.
High organizational, planning, and multitasking ability.
Attributes:

Strong balance between independent work and collaboration.
Resilient under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Languages: Native or fluent English (mandatory).
