With over $1B+ in cumulative revenue, 12M+ customers, and 500+ talents across 19 countries, we combine technology, growth marketing, and operational excellence to scale purpose-driven, digitally native brands.

Why Trafilea

We’re a tech-led eCommerce group scaling our own globally loved DTC brands, while helping ambitious talent grow just as fast.

🚀 We build and scale our own brands.

🦾 We invest in AI and automation like few others in eCom.

📈 We test fast, grow fast, and help you do the same.

🤝 Be part of a dynamic, diverse, and talented global team.

🌍 100% Remote, USD competitive salary, paid time off, and more.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to manage legal strategy, oversee global compliance, and drive efficiency across operations, finance, tech, and commercial initiatives. Your mission: balance speed and control, ensuring every decision supports Trafilea’s long-term growth while minimizing risk.

  • Lead global legal operations across corporate, commercial, competition, compliance, and tax matters.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management, the Board, and investors on key business decisions.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate software, logistics, fulfillment, and eCommerce agreements, ensuring scalability and compliance.

  • Design and optimize company policies, procedures, and procurement processes to improve efficiency and legal governance.

  • Identify and assess legal and financial risks, offering practical, business-aligned recommendations.

  • Manage relationships with external counsel worldwide, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

  • Oversee vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management, including renewals and terminations.

  • Lead legal reporting and performance tracking, creating frameworks to monitor KPIs and ensure accountability.

  • Partner with Operations, IT, Treasury, and PMO to integrate legal controls into strategic projects and systems.

  • Proactively support M&A, due diligence, and post-integration activities as the company expands globally.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in international, commercial, and software law — ideally in eCommerce or retail.

  • Background in both law firm and in-house counsel roles, with a track record of strategic impact.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities; comfortable handling multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tracking systems.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); multilingual skills are a plus.

  • A proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented mindset — with the ability to balance detail with business impact.
