Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Video Editor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative behind our high-performing eCommerce brands. You’ll transform raw footage and data insights into powerful, emotionally charged stories that drive connection, conversion, and growth.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from copywriters to growth strategists — to turn performance metrics into creative breakthroughs. This is your stage to blend cinematic storytelling with precision marketing.
- Produce multimedia content across channels — social, email, paid ads — tailored for every step of the customer journey. 
- Translate performance data and creative briefs into compelling edits that connect emotionally and convert effectively. 
- Integrate fresh visual ideas, motion graphics, and sound design to elevate creative performance. 
- Partner closely with copywriters and growth teams to craft thumb-stopping stories that drive measurable results. 
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines. 
- Continuously explore new editing techniques, styles, and trends to keep our content ahead of the curve 
Job requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Video Editor in digital marketing, content production, or advertising. 
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.). 
- Strong storytelling instincts with a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual narrative. 
- Experience creating high-performing ad creatives for social or eCommerce brands. 
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and organization skills. 
- Proficient in English, with the ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful visuals. 
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or related field (or equivalent experience).
