🌍 100% Remote, USD competitive salary, paid time off, and more.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll lead SEO at a scale few companies can match. We’re a $1B+ e-commerce group, ranked by Forbes as one of the Top 25 Remote Companies to Work For — and we’re just getting started.

  • Design and execute SEO strategies that fuel organic growth across multiple global brands.

  • Lead SEO-focused projects, collaborating with growth, content, and development teams.

  • Own key SEO KPIs: rankings, traffic, visibility, and conversion impact.

  • Mentor and guide our SEO Specialist, driving both execution and professional growth.

  • Partner with content creators to craft high-impact strategies that maximize reach.

  • Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action.

  • Oversee technical health of websites, ensuring SEO best practices are applied at scale.

  • Stay at the forefront of algorithm updates and emerging trends, applying them to keep us ahead of the curve.

Job requirements

  • 4+ years in SEO leadership roles within e-commerce companies (mandatory).

  • Deep knowledge of SEO principles: technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link building.

  • Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

  • Comfortable translating complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong leadership skills — a mentor, a collaborator, and a builder.

  • Problem-solver who thrives on challenges like algorithm changes, ranking drops, and competitive landscapes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field (SEO certifications valued).
