Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Sourcing & Production Lead to strengthen our vendor partnerships, streamline production terms, and drive operational excellence across our Apparel and Beauty categories.

You’ll be the right hand to the Global Sourcing, Production & Quality Sr. Manager — coordinating vendor negotiations, managing production timelines, and ensuring every agreement, term, and follow-up is executed flawlessly.
This role demands precision, strong cross-cultural communication (including Mandarin), and a balance of commercial acumen with hands-on follow-through.

  • Coordinate and track vendor commercial terms — including MOQ, FOB, payment, and lead time agreements.

  • Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation, negotiation history, and compliance reports.

  • Support vendor meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups, ensuring actions are logged and executed on time.

  • Assist in cost benchmarking and quote analysis, preparing comparison decks and negotiation materials.

  • Lead the preparation and updates of Vendor Negotiation Guidelines and the Factory Allocation Matrix.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Beauty Operations teams to align timelines and standards.

  • Monitor vendor onboarding documentation, renewal calendars, and risk trackers.

  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors, gathering data and ensuring readiness.

  • Deliver dashboards and summaries on cost trends, lead times, and vendor performance.

  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation turnaround, leveraging structure and proactive communication.

Job requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

  • 3+ years in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel or beauty preferred).

  • Strong understanding of vendor negotiation processes, costing, and supply chain timelines.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail — able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools for vendor tracking and cost analysis.

  • Skilled communicator, able to build trust with both external factories and internal stakeholders.

  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational inefficiencies.
