Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Sourcing & Production Lead to strengthen our vendor partnerships, streamline production terms, and drive operational excellence across our Apparel and Beauty categories.
You’ll be the right hand to the Global Sourcing, Production & Quality Sr. Manager — coordinating vendor negotiations, managing production timelines, and ensuring every agreement, term, and follow-up is executed flawlessly.
This role demands precision, strong cross-cultural communication (including Mandarin), and a balance of commercial acumen with hands-on follow-through.
Coordinate and track vendor commercial terms — including MOQ, FOB, payment, and lead time agreements.
Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation, negotiation history, and compliance reports.
Support vendor meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups, ensuring actions are logged and executed on time.
Assist in cost benchmarking and quote analysis, preparing comparison decks and negotiation materials.
Lead the preparation and updates of Vendor Negotiation Guidelines and the Factory Allocation Matrix.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Beauty Operations teams to align timelines and standards.
Monitor vendor onboarding documentation, renewal calendars, and risk trackers.
Support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors, gathering data and ensuring readiness.
Deliver dashboards and summaries on cost trends, lead times, and vendor performance.
Contribute to process improvement and documentation turnaround, leveraging structure and proactive communication.
Job requirements
Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
3+ years in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel or beauty preferred).
Strong understanding of vendor negotiation processes, costing, and supply chain timelines.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail — able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools for vendor tracking and cost analysis.
Skilled communicator, able to build trust with both external factories and internal stakeholders.
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational inefficiencies.
