We are looking for a Sourcing and Production Lead to support our global sourcing and production strategy by coordinating commercial discussions with vendors, managing day-to-day follow-up of production terms, and ensuring timely execution of negotiations, documentation, and vendor onboarding. This role acts as a right hand to the Global Sourcing, Production & Quality Sr Manager, providing structure, follow-through, and support on negotiations across our Apparel and Beauty businesses.

Job requirements

What You’ll Do:
✅ Track and follow up on vendor commercial terms — MOQ, FOB, lead times, and payment schedules.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation of all vendor agreements and negotiation history.
✅ Participate in vendor meetings and capture structured meeting notes and action logs with timely follow-ups.
✅ Coordinate requests for quotes, cost breakdowns, and term comparisons.
✅ Update dashboards and trackers to monitor vendor agreement compliance.
✅ Collaborate with Product Development, QA/QC, and Beauty Ops teams to stay aligned on priorities.

Must-Haves:
⭐ Fluent in Mandarin and strong written/spoken English.
⭐ 3+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel/beauty preferred).
⭐ Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
⭐ Comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking and analysis.
⭐ Confident communicator with both external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
