We are seeking a hands-on - competitive Senior Copywriter to ensure the delivery of a consistent message across multiple channels, while upholding guidelines and high standards of sales and content communications.

Your goal is to align the touchpoints and objectives, whether it's sales or branding, to create compelling and impactful copy that resonates with our target audience.

In this cross-functional role, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with Acquisition, Retention, Brand, and Growth Marketing divisions. Your objective is to understand their revenue and growth objectives and integrate copywriting seamlessly into every channel and customer journey.

Job requirements

Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Develop persuasive and conversion-focused communication strategies using established direct response selling techniques and data insights. The aim is to enhance the lifetime value of our existing brand customers.
  • Sustain growth and profitability, it is crucial to proactively create compelling communications and visually appealing proposals that resonate with our target audience. Take inspiration from successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands to incorporate creative attention-grabbing methods into our strategies.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to diversify the ad copy, preventing audience burnout and maximizing engagement.
  • Design and implement effective email campaigns, including attention-grabbing subject lines, to boost open rates and ultimately increase the brand's profitability.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the metrics associated with testing and develop hypotheses for conducting different experiments to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.
  • Actively research the market, analyze specific audience profiles, gather consumer insights, and benchmark against competitors. Work alongside the research team to develop a deep understanding of our target personas, their needs, interests, and motivations.


Experience/ Qualifications

  • We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in writing and editing direct response assets, preferably with a focus on social media platforms.
  • Your experience should demonstrate a proven ability to generate revenue and drive performance through your writing.
  • You should have at least 5 years of direct response copywriting experience in the digital marketing field. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in editing is required.
  • We value versatility in writing, so experience in crafting content across multiple brand voices to reach different demographics is highly desirable.
