As the Creative Operations Sr. Manager at Trafilea, your mission is to lead the development and execution of high-quality creative assets for direct response campaigns. By collaborating with Acquisition, Brand, and Retention teams, you’ll ensure Class A delivery, optimize campaign performance, and maintain brand aesthetics. Your leadership will foster creativity, consistency, and innovation to maximize ROI and support company-wide growth.

Key responsabilities:

  1. Pod Supervision:

    • Ensure creative teams meet Class A standards on time.

    • Guide Copywriters and Strategists with feedback, campaign angles, and concept development.

  2. Creative Testing & Scale-Up:

    • Innovate on winning video concepts and ad copy.

    • Prioritize creative opportunities for profitability.

  3. Winner Acquisition Products:

    • Deeply understand and communicate product benefits and improvements.

    • Guarantee proper use of product bibles across campaigns.

  4. Systems & Processes:

    • Implement agile methodologies and optimize workflows for scalability.

  5. Reporting & Metrics:

    • Deliver accurate dashboards and key metric analyses for creative performance.

  6. Aesthetics & Look & Feel:

    • Define brand aesthetic systems and drive continuous improvement.

  7. Collaborative Strategy Development:

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business goals.

  8. Continuous Learning & Development:

    • Build a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation.

  9. Talent Acquisition & Management:

    • Hire, mentor, and inspire creative talents, elevating the team’s output and design standards.

Job requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. MBA and Project Management a plus.

  2. Experience:

    • 5+ years in creative campaign management in advertising or e-commerce.

    • Proven leadership of creative teams and delivery of high-quality outputs.

  3. Skills & Attributes:

    • Passion for innovation and storytelling.

    • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and advertising principles.

    • Excellent planning, coordination, and prioritization skills.
