Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about driving retention, engagement, and revenue.

As a Creative Design Specialist for Retention, you’ll take ownership of the email marketing creative ecosystem and retention-driven experiences, designing assets that directly impact how millions of customers interact with our brands.

You’ll combine creativity, performance thinking, and AI-powered workflows to elevate how we communicate, retain, and grow our customer base.

  • Lead the design and execution of email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery

  • Create high-performing assets for retention initiatives (email, landing pages, collections)

  • Define and improve design guidelines, workflows, and best practices for retention

  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams to align design with performance goals

  • Design user-centered landing pages with strong UI/UX principles

  • Generate innovative concepts that improve engagement and retention metrics

  • Ensure brand consistency across all retention touchpoints

  • Provide feedback, coaching, and direction to elevate team output

  • Continuously explore and implement AI tools and automation to improve speed and scalability

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design, with strong focus on email marketing or retention

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, UI/UX, and digital production

  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

  • Strong understanding of email design systems and customer journey touchpoints

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Fluent in English
