Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you will own vendor payment processes, improve reconciliation workflows, and ensure accurate cash flow management across our supply chain.

You will play a key role in optimizing financial operations, identifying automation opportunities, and driving data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage weekly and monthly vendor & 3PL payments, ensuring >90% on-time accuracy

2. Own and improve reconciliation processes with vendors and internal teams

3. Monitor actual payments vs forecast, identifying deviations and risks

4. Redesign and enhance payment forecasting models

5. Identify and implement automation opportunities in finance workflows

6. Build reports, KPIs, and controls to improve financial visibility

7. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Finance teams

8. Act as the main point of contact for vendor payment topics

• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Operations

• Strong experience with Excel (advanced formulas & data analysis)

• Experience with reconciliation, payments, or cash flow management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate English (written & verbal)

• Strong ownership and execution mindset

• Ability to simplify complex processes

• Passion for automation and continuous improvement

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Nice to Have

• SQL, Tableau, or BI tools

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)

• Experience in e-commerce or supply chain environments
