We are looking for a Cash Flow Specialist who will ensure efficient cash management, liquidity, risk mitigation, and financial stability. Guarantee enough liquidity to meet financial obligations, strategizing to maximize the use of available funds for growth, investment, and operational efficiency. Manage daily cash operations, including cash pooling, wire transfers, and bank reconciliations.
To work closely with other divisions within the finance department, such as accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and tax, and also the Operation and Demand Planning team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize cash management strategies and minimize financial risks. As well as identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and leverage technology to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and reduce costs.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Oversee cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank account management.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash management processes.
Monitor and analyze financial market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Or demonstrate substantial experience in the area of treasury.
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury or cash management.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, banking products, and treasury systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
