Mission

The Total Rewards Sr Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's compensation strategy across multiple

regions and continents. This position will be responsible for developing and refining job leveling systems, managing salary bands for

specialized roles with extra focus on Data, Machine Learning, IT, and Marketing positions, and conducting thorough market research to

inform compensation decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in multi-country and multi-continent salary analysis and demonstrate the ability to

independently source and analyze data beyond standard salary surveys provided by consultants.


General Accountabilities

1. Multi-Region Salary Analysis & Offer Administration

Conduct comprehensive salary analysis across different regions and continents, ensuring alignment with market trends and global

business strategies.

Own the definition, extension and administration of offers to finalist candidates presented by Talent Acquisition.

2. Job Leveling and Salary Band Management

Develop, refine, and manage job leveling systems and salary bands, with extra focus on roles in Data, Machine Learning, IT, and

Marketing. Ensure these structures are competitive and equitable across all operating regions.

3. Independent Market Research

Lead independent research initiatives to source and analyze compensation data beyond traditional salary surveys, using a variety of

tools and resources to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Compensation Strategy and Implementation & headcount projection plans

Collaborate with HR leadership to define and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives and attract top

talent globally.

Own the operations of the quarterly headcount projections plans and the consequent monthly updates of the positions covered and

the remaining slots per department.

5. Stakeholder Communication

Effectively communicate compensation decisions and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding across all

levels of the organization.

6. Global Policy Development & Analytics

Contribute to the development and refinement of global compensation and perk policies, ensuring they are aligned with both local

regulations and global business strategies

Own People analytics in terms of headcount distribution per department, tenure, turnover & budget

 

Role-related competencies & Requirements

5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation roles (specialist, expert or lead), with a focus on multi-country/multi-continent

salary analysis.- MANDATORY

Proven experience in developing and managing job leveling systems and salary bands for specialized roles in Data, Machine Learning,

IT, and Marketing.

Strong research skills with the ability to independently source and analyze compensation data beyond consultant-provided surveys.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced skills in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and data analysis and AI tools.

High proficiency in English (both written and oral).

Ability to work across different time zones and adapt to a global work environment.
